Where do we work?

TOP wants rich countries to open their markets unconditionally and unilaterally to all the poorest countries, not just the category of ʻLeast Developed Countiesʼ or ʻLow Income Countriesʼ, which are each restricted to, for example, small and/ or vulnerable poor countries that exclude some of the more populous poor countries such as Ghana. Yet logically, given that the aim is to help the poorest countries to trade out of poverty, the beneficiaries of the most generous trade preferences should be all the poorest countries.
